  • Rocky lot: excavation adds roughly $8,000 to $25,000, because limestone has to be broken or blasted before the shell can go in.
  • Sloped lot: the grade work and retaining walls add roughly $15,000 to $40,000.

    Once you are approved, funds go to your account or are authorized for construction stages.

    With financing settled, we pull permits, schedule excavation and build for 4 to 18 weeks.
