Our service area

Eleven towns, and the ranch roads between them.

We have built hundreds of pools across the Hill Country, and we know this region well. The list below is where we build most often. It is not the whole story.

  3. 03

    Spring Branch

  4. 04

    Boerne

  5. 05

  10. 10

    Fredericksburg

Add the ranches and unincorporated communities in between. If your property sits just outside one of these towns, there is a good chance we can still make it work. Call and we will tell you honestly.

What the ground asks of a pool

The same rock, soil and slope show up in every one of these towns.

Hill Country ground is why we build in gunite and why a free site visit comes before any price.

  1. Rocky terrain

Limestone sits close to the surface here. Where the pool has to go, it gets broken or blasted, and that work is planned at the site visit instead of discovered on day three.

  2. Caliche soil

Hard, chalky subsoil is part of an ordinary Hill Country dig. It is one of the reasons we build in gunite, which is shaped on site to whatever the ground allows.

  3. Unpredictable grades

Yards here rarely sit flat. We read the slope first, then draw the pool and the deck to meet it, so the water still sits dead level.

  4. Walls and drainage

Retaining walls and drainage are engineered in-house by the same crew that builds the pool, so the hillside behind the water is dealt with in the same plan.

Do not see your location?

Reach out anyway.

If you are on a ranch, in an unincorporated community or just past the edge of one of the towns above, tell us where the pool is going. We will say plainly whether we can build there.
